We recognise that our strength lies in the diversity and unity of our workforce. With over 1,400 employees, predominantly from South American Spanish-speaking communities, working at client locations across the UK, fostering a sense of belonging and support is paramount to our ethos.
In 2024, we are committed to deepening our engagement with this vibrant community, acknowledging that true social value is realised through understanding and actively supporting the needs and aspirations of our employees.
