Leadership that stays close to every contract
At Peartree, senior accountability is built into how we work.
The directors who own and lead the business are active operators, not distant shareholders. They remain involved from mobilisation onwards, supporting our teams and giving clients direct access to experienced decision-makers who know their contract and can act quickly.
Founded in 1986, Peartree is now a third-generation family business employing more than 1,500 people across the UK. Our leadership team combines long-standing cleaning-industry experience with specialist expertise in operations, finance, health and safety, people, sustainability, technology and client support.
Together, they provide the stable leadership, practical knowledge and clear accountability behind every Peartree contract.

This gives clients:

- Clear ownership of issues and actions
- Faster escalation and resolution
- Continuity of management
- Senior oversight throughout the contract
Because our leadership team remains close to the operation, decisions can be made quickly and with a clear understanding of the building, the team and the client’s priorities.
