Peartree 360 brings task verification, audits, KPIs, compliance, requests and reporting into one clear dashboard.
Cleaning standards are easier to manage when you can see what has been completed, where and when.
Peartree 360 is our bespoke management platform, developed in-house around the way our clients and operational teams work. From a phone, tablet or laptop, authorised users can review current service activity, supporting evidence and contract performance without waiting for a monthly report.
It gives clients useful information while keeping responsibility with Peartree. Our managers use the same data to respond quickly, resolve issues and identify where the service can work better.

QR task verification
QR task verification makes day-to-day cleaning activity visible at task level.
Unique QR codes are assigned to agreed areas within the workplace. At the point of service, the cleaning operative scans the code and completes a digital checklist. The record shows who attended, the time and location, and whether each task was completed or not required.
The dashboard updates as activity is recorded. Clients and Peartree managers can see coverage across a shift, identify anything outstanding and review service patterns over time.
What QR task verification shows
- Task completion. Evidence that scheduled activities have been carried out.
- Operative activity. A clear record of who completed each checklist, where and when.
- Area coverage. Visibility across washrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and other agreed locations.
- Tasks marked as not required or areas that have not been serviced as expected.
- Service patterns. Data showing where demand is consistently higher or lower than the original schedule assumed.
Finding opportunities to reduce cost
Task data helps us compare the planned specification with how the workplace is actually used. If activities are repeatedly recorded as not required in low-use areas, we can review whether the frequency remains appropriate. If other areas need more attention, resource can be moved there.
This creates an evidence base for changing schedules, reallocating hours or reducing unnecessary activity. Any recommendation is reviewed with the client and tested against cleaning standards before it is introduced.
The aim is not to clean less. It is to put time and resource where they make the greatest difference.

Quality, supported by evidence
Account Managers complete digital quality audits through Peartree 360. Each audit can include scores, photographs, observations and corrective actions, giving clients a clear record of the standard achieved.
Where an issue is identified, it is recorded, assigned and tracked through to completion. Historical results make it easier to see whether performance is stable, improving or needs further attention.
Data that leads to action
The value of a dashboard depends on what happens next. Peartree managers review the information in 360 to identify trends and agree practical improvements.
- Repeated “not required” task records can prompt a review of cleaning frequency.
- High levels of reactive requests can show where planned coverage needs to change.
- A fall in audit scores triggers corrective action, coaching or additional supervision.
- Unexpected consumables usage can be investigated before it becomes an ongoing cost.
- Differences between locations help us share good practice and focus support where it is needed.
One site or a national portfolio
Each client receives a secure dashboard configured around their contract. Authorised users can view an individual workplace or compare performance across several locations, making it easier to maintain one standard across a wider estate.
Access is available from desktop, tablet and mobile devices, so the information is available whether you are on site, travelling or working remotely.
Technology that supports the service
Peartree 360 does not replace visible management or experienced cleaning teams. It gives them better information.
Our people remain responsible for delivering the service, speaking with clients and resolving issues. The platform provides the evidence and shared view needed to make those conversations faster and more precise.
