Industrial cleaning planned around live operations
Industrial sites cannot simply pause for cleaning. Peartree supports factories, manufacturing facilities, warehouses and distribution centres across the UK, planning each service around shifts, vehicle movements, restricted areas and live production or despatch activity. Before work begins, we agree service boundaries, safe access windows, PPE and site-specific procedures. Directly employed, site-inducted colleagues and named operational management then provide dependable support without disrupting the operation.
Our industrial cleaning services
Every scope reflects the site’s operating pattern, risks and access arrangements. It can include:
Factory and agreed production-area cleaning
Routine cleaning is planned within agreed areas and safe access windows. Machinery, technical sanitation and hazardous work are scoped separately.
Warehouse and distribution cleaning
Floors, circulation routes, loading support areas and other agreed spaces are maintained around picking, packing and vehicle activity.
Canteens, welfare and changing facilities
Kitchens, rest areas, washrooms, showers, locker rooms and changing spaces are serviced around shifts and break periods.
Offices and administration areas
Receptions, offices, meeting rooms and administrative spaces are included within the same coordinated plan.
Shift-based cleaning programmes
Day, evening, night and weekend teams can support extended or continuous operations, with clear handovers between shifts.
Industrial floorcare and high-level cleaning
Risk-assessed floor maintenance, internal glazing, high-level work and periodic cleans are scheduled around safe access and exclusion controls.
Waste, recycling and consumables
Routine waste streams, recycling and washroom supplies can be managed within scope. Hazardous or specialist waste is agreed separately.
Live audits, KPIs, requests, compliance records and QR task verification show what has been completed and where schedules can be refined.
