Julie Francis
As a Regional Director, Julie works closely with our clients and site teams to ensure service excellence. Managing contracts across the Midlands, the North, and Scotland, Julie enjoys a varied role where every day is different. Julie embodies our family values, and maintains collaborative, honest relationships with everyone she works with. She joined Peartree in 2013 during the TUPE mobilisation period at Selfridges. She immediately embraced all that Peartree stands for and made the most out of our personal development and training opportunities. She was promoted to Regional Director in 2022, where she uses her vast skillset to deliver improvements for our clients and operational staff.
