Our Client 

BlueBay Asset Management LLP was founded in 2001. The firm was initially established to capitalise on strong growth trends in the European corporate and global emerging debt markets. In 2006, BlueBay was admitted to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and began trading on the London Stock Exchange and in December 2010 was acquired by Royal Bank of Canada. Today BlueBay is one of Europe’s largest specialist managers of fixed income credit and alternative products. Assets under management total US$50 billion. 

The Requirements

BlueBay occupy 5 floors within a multi let building at Grosvenor Street totalling 100,000 square feet. The floors comprise a mixture of open plan and enclosed office and meeting room space, with each floor having its own designated reception and visitor area, breakout and washroom facilities.

Our remit includes a full range of cleaning and support services from office cleaning to planned carpet cleaning to the trading floors. We perform the core cleaning in the evening, operating to the zone cleaning model. This service model is closely monitored and controlled by our Account Manager and allows enables us to deliver consistently superior levels of cleaning and service excellence.

Our Solution

This busy and densely populated office with its array of specialist finishes such as the Limestone flooring requires a daytime presence to complement our core evening team. Our Housekeeping team provide an essential front of house service to for BlueBay staff and clients alike. The Housekeepers are discreet but also highly visible throughout the working day and are corporately attired and wearing discreet branded uniforms. The team perform a wide range of duties ranging from replenishing of coffee machines, recycling, and washroom servicing. Whilst identifying and reporting any damage or malfunction to BlueBay office space.
