The workplace as we know it, has been irrevocably changed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The wellbeing of our people is crucial to our success and is something we always strive to improve. The Peartree Employee Assistance Programme provides an independent support line for all our employees and their family members. Calls and advice are free and completely confidential: They can access advice, support, and counselling on a wide variety of topics: mental health and wellbeing, financial difficulties, legal matters, family care or bereavement.
