Safe Workspace Strategy

Phase One

Cleaning is one of the most critical actions you can take to ensure hygienic conditions and a safe workspace for building users. Hygiene monitoring and swab testing can verify your space is cleaned effectively and provide reassurance to your work colleagues.

Phase Two

After a full review of cleaning standards and risk, we will submit recommendations to enhance the service by reallocating resources, revising specifications or implementing additional measures.

An atomising treatment to kill viruses on work surfaces and touch points will deliver additional assurances to building users.

In addition, our sensor-driven washroom monitoring system enables the smart deployment of cleaning staff, based on actual footfall. We can also help with additional social distancing measures and information..

Phase Three

By continuously reviewing hygiene standards and our working practices, we ensure that safe workspaces are delivered. We always aim to surpass our clients expectations and deliver confidence to your building users.

As we respond to the continuing COVID-19 outbreak, the well-being of our clients and colleagues remains our paramount concern.

We continue to closely monitor governmental, PHE, and WHO guidelines on preventative measures and best practise, and Peartree has instigated a number of internal measures to ensure that we are able to continue to consistently serve our clients’ business needs.  We are working collaboratively with supply partners to re-engineer our service to provide the safest possible workplace.
