In 2011 Peartree will launch its e-training platform.

All new staff will issued with a unique trainee code, and they will participate in entry level training, on-line. The system will check the trainee's level of knowledge with an interactive question and answer session. The training will be conducted in a number of widely spoken languages selected by the trainee.

The training session will also gather key employment data that will be automatically issued to our payroll department, allowing us to commence our intensive vetting process.
