


We achieved accreditation to BS5750 back in 1994 which is now recognised as BS EN ISO 9001:2000. This accreditation allows us to manage all of our business processes and activities to a consistent high quality standard.
Traditionally, quality monitoring has been a lengthy task involving reams of paperwork, time consuming duplication and the need to manually analyse the collective data. We monitor operational performance at site level through the use of hand held quality monitoring devices operating Maximiser software. These devices and software offer a structured approach to quality monitoring against agreed service levels.
Live quality monitoring inspections can be carried out with our client in attendance, collecting both scores, comments and signatures. Performance reports can be easily extracted, instantly analysed and emailed.
