The Facilities Team at Xchanging, until locating Peartree in 2007, experienced problem after problem from various well known National Cleaning Companies. From their first meeting with the Directors of Peartree., they realised that this is a company that recognises and listens to their particular needs. Initially they thought to just give us one Site; and just 3 weeks after meeting us Peartree was awarded their Chatham Site. They were amazed at the speed in which we were able to put in place a reliable and hard working cleaning team to meet their requirements. A few months later Xchanging awarded us their Basildon Site, followed by Preston and finally in January 2008 their flagship offices on Leadenhall St.
Last month we took over the cleaning operation in Folkestone and at the end of this month we will commence their Prestigious offices in the heart of the West End on Hannover Square.
We fully realise that the success of these contracts has been due to an excellent working partnership between the Senior Facilities Team at Xchanging and the Directors and Operations Managers at Peartree. Much communication with understanding has resulted in beautifully maintained offices where both Xchanging and Peartree feel privileged to work in.
