We are delighted to have won a major new contract to provide specialist cleaning services for BCA (British Car Auctions) at four of its centres located in Enfield, Bedford, Preston and Nottingham.
From the outset it has been an open book policy, built upon mutual trust, which has formed the foundations of this relationship.
The contract was awarded to us after we demonstrated that we could make meaningful cost savings without compromising standards.,
At every stage of the negotiation we opened our books for scrutiny working in partnership with the client to provide the most cost effective solutions.
We proved we could provide a wide range of specialised cleaning services both internally and externally. This includes where car stock is held, the auction halls, restaurants and offices.
We developed four separate packages for BCA which involved the use of specialist cleaning machinery or other forms of cleaning technology.
During the TUPE Process and mobilization of this contract, we liaised with a number of smaller cleaning providers who had previously worked on individual centres for BCA thus ensuring a smooth service transition.
