


Heading up our Customer Service desk is Nareena Vincent. Nareena and her team are responsible for the Help desk which provides a vital communication link to all our clients. The team not only respond to client calls, but also carry out a telephone survey with each client on a monthly basis to independently assess the operational performance of the contract. This enables us to benchmark our internal and operational management performance.
Peartree view this service as vital to caring for our clients’ needs, with the team responding quickly and efficiently with any matters brought to our attention.
Nareena reports directly to the Operations Director, reporting any operational issues communicated to her team. Each month at the internal quality meeting she presents to the board of directors a client survey report detailing any issues, trends, and performance scores.
