10 out of 10 for NVQ successes!

Peartree, working through Merton College and with the support of Genzyme have put 10 of Peartree's staff through an NVQ level 2 examinations to improve skills on the Genzyme site cleaning team. In many cases these are the first qualifications individuals have completed since leaving school and everyone has risen to the challenge with great enthusiasm and stuck with the process throughout. Genzyme have helped to encourage this training both through implementing training requirements in the new cleaning contracts and by making meeting rooms available for assessment sessions. Genzyme have benefited from the process from the improved skills and knowledge of the cleaning team. Congratulations go to the Peartree Ltd cleaning team: Ines Alcobia, Ruben Apolinario, Natalie Cooper, Bob Coulter, Rona Dockery, Denice Dunn, Richard Goodwin, Jason Kicks, Natalie Kicks and Tracey Tate.
