Peartree Cleaning Services operates stringent vetting procedures when employing new personnel. We work closely with and seek advice where necessary from The Border Agency operating to their strict guidelines. Our management and supervisory team's regularly receive tool box talks on how to identify authentic ID and travel documentation, a problem widespread in our industry.
Following a formal interview all new personnel are required to complete a Peartree Cleaning Services employment application pack. This is validated with original travel and Identification documents proving entitlement to reside and work in the UK, as well as proof of their home address.
Initially verified by our Operations Management, photocopies of all documentation are taken and then counter signed by the verifying manager. Once completed the application pack is then passed to our head office HR team who will then carry out a final check using the PRADO website (The Council of the European Union Public Register of Authentic Identity and Travel Documents Online) of all provided documentation.
