In order to do this we have implemented an effective and innovative quality management system that we are constantly reviewing to keep up to date with current industry demands.
In 1994 we achieved accreditation to BS5750 which is now recognised as BS EN ISO 9001:2008.This accreditation allows us to manage all of our business processes and activities to a consistently high quality standard.
The CleanLink iPad Application
At the end of 2010 we were the first company in the UK to use the CleanLink iPad application. Traditional methods of quality monitoring have often been time consuming with room for human error, as collective data needs to be analysed manually. With the use of iPads and the CleaninLink application on all of our customer’s sites, we can now easily monitor operational performance, and as such we are able to offer a structured approach to quality monitoring against agreed service levels. Live quality monitoring inspections can be carried out with our client in attendance, collecting scores, comments and signatures. Performance reports can easily be extracted, instantly analysed and emailed to our head office for review.
