Peartree Cleaning Services is a privately owned corporately managed cleaning service provider who offer related support services to businesses and organisations, and retail establishments. From city banks to corporate offices, at Peartree Cleaning Services we can provide our clients with a top quality professional cleaning service throughout England.The company was established in 1986 by Managing Director, Bradley Reames. Since then we have achieved an outstanding reputation for providing a superior level of cleaning and support services to all of our clients, many of whom are based in the City of London. We have invested heavily in our staff and in cutting edge technology. Understanding our client’s needs, and our continual investment in ground breaking technology, has enabled the company to continually grow from strength to strength. We have a number of high profile clients in banking, finance, investment, and a broad range of other sectors.
Health, safety and the environment are all of high importance to our business, as is staff training and development. We help and encourage our cleaning operatives to achieve qualifications and to advance in their careers. We realise that our cleaning operatives and site supervisors are our most valuable asset and without them we would not be the company we are today. All of our cleaning operatives enjoy above market industry rates of pay and holiday entitlement, resulting in staff turnover figures significantly lower than the industry average. Employees are encouraged to suggest smarter and more efficient ways of working and we actively encourage all of our employees to be proactive and to take ownership of their duties.
We are members of the Cleaning Services and Support Association (CSSA), British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), and the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners. Through these associations we are able to constantly keep up to date with the latest cleaning industry developments and innovations. As members of these associations we are also proud to be involved with raising the standards in the cleaning industry and abiding by their strict codes of practice.
Our quality, environmental and health & safety systems are certified to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 standards. We are also a National Britannia Safe contractor approved organisation.
